WHAT IF I NEED TO CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

If we haven't shipped your product, we can always cancel your order and allow you to place a new order. Please email support@bossgloss.com with your order number and we'll get back to you!

WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE?

Our products are hand made in Austin, TX.

HOW MANY USES WILL I GET OUT OF A BOTTLE OF BOSS GLOSS?

Our 4 oz. bottle is equal to about 4-6 treatments. Our 8 oz. bottle is equal to about 8-12 treatments, depending on the length of your hair. We recommend using Boss Gloss once a week for the best results.

DOES BOSS GLOSS TEST ON ANIMALS?

We absolutely do not test on animals. We are a cruelty-free brand.

RETURNS

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY? 

We want you to be happy with your products! If you are not satisfied for any reason, please contact us by emailing support@bossgloss.com within 30 days of purchasing and we will help you to process your return.

SHIPPING

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

We aim to process all orders within 3 business days of order placement. Shipping can then take 2-4 days in the Midwest, and 4-6 days on the east or west coast. During high volume times (like holidays or launches of new products) orders may take longer to process.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

We ship using UPS. Rates are calculated based on the size of your order and the distance the package must travel. You can see shipping costs calculated for you in the checkout process, before your payment is processed. 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

At this time we can only ship to addresses within the United States. If you are an international shopper and want our product, let us know by emailing us at support@bossgloss.com This will help us to understand which regions we should target next!
